Raanai.pk offers an online exchange-only policy on all eligible products.
We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

You may request an online exchange if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

The exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are processed online only.

Exchange approval depends on issue verification and stock availability.

Customers must provide proof such as images or videos of the defective/incorrect item.

Items purchased during sales or discounts may not be eligible for exchange.

Raanai.pk reserves the right to decline an exchange if the request does not meet policy criteria.
