Raanai.pk offers an online exchange-only policy on all eligible products.
We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

You may request an online exchange if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note:

All exchanges are processed online through our support team.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Customer must provide proof (images/video) of the issue when requesting an exchange.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes may not be eligible for exchange.

Raanai.pk reserves the right to decline an exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.
